"A look into darkness"

Study for a fantasy bookgame cover. As the title says, the character has to dive into sewers or tunnels: there he'll find a sort of swamp monster.

After some color experiments, I've thought the character should be wrapped by darkness. The weak light in his hand will show up the monster coming towards him.

I remember when I was 13 I was crazy for stuff like that...
